Prior to joining The Training Source, Jennifer managed the Human Resources function for two large multi-specialty healthcare organizations, one being Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans as well as a major healthcare group in Lafayette. In this capacity she created and developed HR policies and procedures, performance evaluation programs, formal compensation systems, and implemented a total automation of HR forms and procedures. Jennifer also participated on the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and Magnet status preparation teams. Jennifer earned her Bachelors degree from University of Southwestern Louisiana. Following, she graduated cum laude with her Masters of Science Degree in Human Resources. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA), and the Acadiana Human Resources Executive Roundtable. Jennifer is a certified Senior professional in human resources (SPHR). Jennifer believes that educating companies on the business of human resources will provide the tools needed to effectively grow their business. Her hands-on experience offers practical ways to implement these tools into each companys unique workplace. |
