With Jill Meaux, The Training Source's clients gain access to a professional instructional designer who focuses on creating a learning experience that will make an immediate impact on the participant and their organization. Jill brings her experience in developing and implementing sales, management and technical training in traditional classroom as well as computer based (e-learning) formats for an international company to The Training Sources clients to improve their existing programs and create new ones. Jill holds a Masters degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Southwest Missouri University, and Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Management from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the Society for Human Resource Management (national chapter and local Acadiana chapter board member). The professional knowledge and experience Jill brings in the area of training development are unique and valuable contributions to The Training Source team and its clients. |
