Christina Harper, Co-founder, PHR, CTP

Christina has focused her entire career on professional training. She is a certified Professional in Training and Development (CTP) and Human Resources (PHR). She has completed The ASTD Coaching Certificate Program and holds certifications in Training & Development from both the University of Houston and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette as well a B.S. from Louisiana State University.  She has worked in the human resource and workforce development field for more than 16 years, specifically in organizational and individual performance improvement, team building, and leadership and management development. Throughout her career, she has worked with the manufacturing, oilfield, retail, financial, and automotive industries.

As the former and first Administrator of the Stuller Learning Institute, Christina aligned professional development training with Stuller’s business objectives. In this role, she led the training department that facilitated training for more than 1,400 employees in a diverse range of topics.

She is a member of the American Society of Training and Development and past president of the Southwest Alliance of Trainers. Civic involvement includes Leadership Lafayette Class XX graduate, the Junior League of Lafayette (board member and committee chair), the President Elect for the Kiwanis Club of Acadiana and as a Diplomat in the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce.

Additionally, Harper has been honored with a 2007 Daily Advertiser/Chase Bank Top 20UNDER40 Leadership Recognition Award, The Independent Weekly 2007 Women Who Mean Business award, and Kiwanian of the Year by the Kiwanis Club of Acadiana.
