Key personnel will achieve the results required to succeed in their job by engaging in an action-oriented process with a trained coaching professional to:
- Identify critical skills required for success in the position with an objective, competency-based assessment
- Clarify and establish S.M.A.R.T. (Specific Measurable Attainable Reasonable and Tangible) goals with the action steps and time lines to develop those skills
- Work with personnel to break through their personal self imposed limitations to reach their desired personal development results
- Assist personal to accomplish these results with committed accountability and support
